Do you want to take a pause from your services or stop using Bybrand permanently? Whatever the reason, canceling your plan is a quick and simple process that you can do on your own.
In this tutorial, we will guide you through every step, from accessing the Bybrand account to confirming cancellation.
Important: Before starting, have the email and password registered in your Bybrand account ready. You can recover your access password by following this tutorial.
Canceling your subscription
First, log into your Bybrand account. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the Account menu.
Click the Billing and usage option to view your payment details and billing history.
- On the “Billing and Usage” page, locate the “Payment Information” section.
- Click the Active button. Your current plan information will be displayed, including expiration date, plan type, and subscription amount.
- Click the red “Cancel subscription” button at the bottom of the screen.
Confirming Cancellation
- A pop-up dialog box will appear to confirm the cancellation.
- Review the information carefully and make sure you want to cancel the plan.
- If it’s OK, select the checkbox next to “I confirm that I wish to cancel my subscription”.
- Click the “Cancel subscription” button to complete the process.
Important Notes:
- Subscription cancellation is immediate, but access to the platform and your data will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
