Credits – Overview

Credits are prepaid payments with an increment of 30% to the deposited amount. For example, if you deposit $100, you will receive $130 into your account – the purchase of credits can also be used for annual payments.

At the end of the purchase, the next automatic renewals of your plan will be made with the funds available in credits.

How does it work?

Bybrand’s billing cycles are monthly. Your account balance accumulates throughout the month, usage-based resources, which are the email signatures created.

As the number of email signatures changes over time, you are only charged for the number you have at the end of your plan’s expiration cycle.

Example:

With 15 email signatures in the account, and you purchase $200 in credits, your credit will last for more than 1 year. Similarly, if you add more signatures over time, your credit may expire in less than 1 year.

We send a reminder when your credits are low, before the date your plan expires.

Add credits to the account

Currently, credits are added manually to your account.

The purchase of credits receives an additional 30%. So if you buy 200 USD (to 1 year), you will receive 260 USD.

Low credit reminder

You will receive automatic email alerts when your credit balance is below the amount for your next monthly renewal. This can be useful to ensure your account is always active.

The main email address of your account will receive the notifications.


FAQ about credits

If I add credits, will I still be charged to my credit card?

No! When you add credits to your account, the automatic renewal using the credit card is paused. The Pause on automatic renewal happens on the next renewal date.

What are the payment options for credit?

Currently, it is possible to purchase credit using the same payment method used in your plan subscription.

If you wish to pay using PayPal or wire transfer, please contact us via email. Include how many email signatures you need, as well as the preferred payment method.

After the purchase, how long does it take for my account to receive the credits?

All payments are applied immediately to your account.

What happens when the account credits end?

When there is not enough prepaid credit in your account, Bybrand will try to automatically renew using the same payment method as the plan subscription.

Where can I see the credit history?

You can view the credit history in the Payment history menu.

Do the credits expire?

Prepaid payments with credits do not expire.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with Bybrand, we offer a full refund guarantee within 30 days after your first payment. The refund is made of the amount paid, not the 30% additional.
